CruiseRI, operator of Conanicut Marine Services, Inc., is excited to announce the arrival of the newest addition to the Jamestown Newport Ferry fleet, the Coastal Princess. The state-of-the-art vessel, capable of carrying 83 passengers, offers an enhanced cruising experience featuring additional comfort and modern amenities.
The Coastal Princess was custom-built by H&H Marine of Steuben, Maine, with construction beginning in 2023. The new ferry boasts advanced technology to ensure a smooth and efficient ride. It is equipped with a climate-controlled cabin for comfort in the shoulder seasons. Other amenities include an onboard bar and restroom.
The Coastal Princess will serve on the Jamestown Newport Ferry’s Hop-On Hop-Off route, providing increased capacity during peak times. Additionally, it will be available for Private Event Charters and cruises, with a variety of other programs scheduled throughout the summer season.
